The fair announced the newest additions to its food options Friday, expanding its tradition of flavorful, innovative selections premiering alongside the usual fare. On tap for the 2023 celebration, which runs from July 28 to Aug. 20, is a host of fruity drinks, delectable desserts and fried, well, everything.
